Just remember, for many people it's genetics that decide hair distribution.  You are better of learning to work with what you have. If you're a man who's genetically programmed to have a very thin beard despite normal testosterone (erections, body odor), you can try rogaine (minoxidil) for your face / chest (anecdotes of success), or simply note many women prefer a thin-bearded, smooth man.

Others produce mainly "female" effects - estrogens, etc. But both sexes produce all types of hormones. If you are female and your body is producing too much androgens compared to Estrogens and other female hormones, you can get "male effects" like you describe. Very comon in women with pcos.

Consider other meds?: Having not taking seroquel (quetiapine) for 2 months should not be the cause for the enlargement.  Are you taking other psychiatric meds which may contribute to this?  As majority of them have weight gain properties.
