No problem: I know that it is a good drink to sooth your throat- if you have sore throat. I don't know and i don't think it has anything to do with sexual energy, however. Watch out the sugar content from honey and if you have acid reflux problem- watch out for the lemon etc.

Likely no: Coffee is a stimulant and appetite suppressant, as you probably already knew.  Studies have shown that drinking coffee prior to exercise can increase your stamina and caloric burn.  Coffee in moderation has not been shown to affect sexual health.

No.: Black coffee or adding honey to coffee should have no effect on sexual function. Most common cause in young males is performance anxiety (pressure to perform, pressure to get wife pregnant, etc).  Relax, exercise during the day, talk about it with your partner, share with each other likes and dislikes..... Erectile dysfunction is common at any age; if need be, seek short-term counselling.

If you have a stomach ulcer, some people argue that tea or lemon could be bothersome but that's not proven.  Ginger tea is an ancient chinese and proven way to alleviate stomach upset.  Be sure you have a diagnosis of why your stomach is acting up.

But it probably really is good for you: it helps keep your bowels regular, may aid in digestion, enhances your mood and may freshen your breath. The steam heat may also clear your sinuses. Most people think morning is best. Most important: there's no danger/risk. Enjoy!
