TSH = .001?: That's an extremely low TSH -- making me wonder if you're hyperthyroid?  You haven't really described your symptoms -- so it's hard to advise you, or to know whether homeopathy is helping you or is even appropriate for you at this time.  There are some thyroid disorders which need conventional treatment, rather than relying on homeopathy alone.  Collaboration between doctors is key here.

mom has adenocarcinoma. drs and herself say shes bed ridden (from bad and neck) & too weak to undergo chemo and surgery. are there any homeopathic remedies that will slow the spread or even cure it? they gave her less than a year. i cant lose her?

See previous answer: Riboflavin is generally pretty safe. High doses may cause some color change in urine and diarrhea but mostly benign. Ask homeopath about interaction but unlikely to cause any issues.
