Sadly no: This is skin damage from excessive use of skin lighteners with hydroquinone. I have only read about this, but the polymer that builds up is inert and very persistent. Some people are using lasers to help. Good luck.

You need the: opinion of an experienced, knowledgable Dermatologist. My brief review suggests that many lasers have been used: CO2 laser, Q-switched ruby laser, and the most mentioned: Q-switched 755 nm alexandrite laser! Other treatments include cryotherapy, dermabrasion, trichloroacetic acid and tretinoin gel (Retin-A) have all been used. You need a Professional! Good wishes:)

Yes: It can cause this with prolonged use. I rec. no longer than 12 continuous weeks followed by 12 weeks off.

Don't use. See eye: Doctor instead! Using bleaching strong  agents like that is the wrong approach unless you purposely want hypo pigmented areas on top of having dark lines. Have the opthalmologist refer you to the oculoplastics Dr., who can examine your eyelid and recommend care. It may just be post-inflammatory hypopigmentation. Retinoids are too irritating and dangerous to use so close to the eye!Seek prof. help!

Unlikelypaint!: Your problem is highly unlikely related to either the paint or termite treatment.  Very much more likely to be related to sinus issues.  You need to see someone who is and ear, nose, and throat specialist! the symptom as a result of paint or spraying would be very rare!

if a person has been diagnosed with neutropenia as a result of illness or medical treatment, does that mean they cannot have pets in their home at all or does it just mean they shouldn't handle/clean up pet food bowls, pet waste, etc.?

: Neutropenia comes in various forms, some more worrisome than others depending on the degree and other health factors of the person. It is best to discuss any limitations with the treatment team who knows the case. This is not a "one answer fits all" condition.

Molluscum : Molluscum contagiousum is a virus, and similar to a wart. It resolves on it's own, without treatment, between 6m and 2yrs. Treatment can leave scars, and is generally not recommended. However, when there are many of them on the face, it can be distressing. In this case, see a dermatologist. Also, it is contagious. Be careful with bathing, as well as clothing ,towels and bedding.
