NONE: Nothing applied to the surface nor anything you swallow will have the slightest effect. Steroid injections sometimes shrink them. Drainage will temporarily flatten it. If it is not inflammed you may choose to ignore it. Definitive cure requires  surgical removal.

No: A sebaceous cyst can be "popped"  but this can also cause infection and it will always come back.  The only way to permanently deal with it is to surgically excise it.

CYSTS: Skin cysts are benign growths and unless these are disfiguring and too large, can be left alone.Warm compresses do not help unless it gets infected.
The only way you can get rid of these is by surgical excision.

Kidney cyst: Typically, a cyst on the kidney does not cause pain -- however, this needs to be fully evaluated by ultrasound and a referral to a urologist or nephrologist is recommended.

Grieving Time: Hello, 
Once you get a big one,  my recommendation is to first GRIEVE as this lump is likely not going away in the next 48 hours.  This grieving process will decrease stress and prevent the downward spiral.  
Then,  attack it with full fury with hot compresses many times a day and dry it up a bit. You also have the option of a cortisone injection.   Better prevention is key.

No guaranteed: Home remedies and usually requires complete excision of the cyst not just drainage.  Warm compresses and oral antibiotics can help, but it may require drainage, waiting for the inflammation to resolve and then elective excision when small and painless.  Don't manipulate it.

Let&#x27;s get serious: Cystic acne that doesn&#x27;t respond to the oral contraceptive pill (your first option, if it is right for you) usually requires isotretinoin. You already have some scarring or you wouldn&#x27;t have tried &quot;microdermabrasion.&quot; depending on where you live, you may need to get Isotretinoin from a dermatologist. I would urge you to consider it seriously, though it&#x27;s not for the faint-hearted.

Needs evaluation: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Please don't try to remove or treat it on your own. A diagnosis needs to be made so that proper treatment can be offered
