Chronic fatigue: There is no known effective specific treatment for cfs but there are a variety of centers that will offer specialized management which includes antidepressants, diet, exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy and a host of other unproven therapies.  This illness is of unknown cause and therefore proving treatment efficacious is very problematic.  Good luck.

Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine).: Your dr can prescribe strong sleeping pills. Stop doing facebook , internet stuff, watching soap operas 1 hour before bedtime. Try sleeping in a very dark room and put an eye cover. Get drunk !(joke!).
