: If these are warts (can’t be sure without seeing) they are caused by HPV virus. No medicine to cure - they must be burned off. Many “burn” treatments available - podophylox, cryotherapy, laser treatment, bleomycin, 5 FU, etc, etc. see a dermatologist

Rest: The first home treatment is rest. Many times the trigger finger comes from inflammation around the tendon from overuse, trauma, or swelling from other problems. Rest may be all that's needed. You can also try daily icing in an ice bath or direct ice to calm it down.

Usually leave alone: Warts often disappear on their own.  I frown on home treatment because I have seen the disasters cause by this.  If one does not know what they are doing, harm can come.  There are tendons and joints on the fingers and they can be harmed.  See a doctor and get the warts either injected, frozen, chemically treated or even perhaps :"burned" or lasered off or other treatment.  Dermatologist r the 1.

Have it evaluated: If your spots are left to demarcate they will eventually declare themselves as to the degree of burn. If you can at least get to an urgent care center the burns can be evaluated for depth of penetration, zone of injury, and potential need for treatment such as debridment ; repair.

Unfortunately, : Unfortunately, the scraping has possibly caused habit tic deformity.  This is difficult to treat and improve.  I would recommend you research who is a good dermatologist comfortable with treating nails in your area.  I hope that helps.

Fresh Ginger: If you mean fresh ginger rather than "fresh finger, " yes it's fine to use while pregnant.  I can't imagine the other would be very pleasant.

Yes and No: Surgery is the truly option with the best success rate. Steroid injections help but are temporary, weaken the joint and tissue and bone, and become less effective over time. Discuss the best options, even occupational hand therapy, with your hand surgeon.

Swollen fingertip : Follow up with  MD as may have infection and need antibiotics, lancing ( opening the infection) They may also do an x-ray to make sure the bone is not infected depending on how long it has been swollen.
