Libido: is a measure of sexual desire.  If that increases or decreases to the degree that it interferes w/relationships or personal comfort level it needs to be evaluated.  Start by seeing your family doc.  If medical conditions ruled out, consider seeing a licensed sex therapist or mental health pro.  Peace and good health. Sexuality is more inclusive than having sex.

Not much, sorry...: Generally,  sexual side effects do not change with ssris. For some patients, what can help  somewhat is to plan sex, and i will recommend skipping one dose the night before or in the morning, and then take the dose post coitus after a few minutes. No supplement or vitamins has shown to be effective for ssri induced lack of libido.

Low libido: Libido is tied to testosterone levels, but also to the balance of hormones.  It is also related to other things like anger or resentment with the partner, extreme fatigue, and boredom with the sexual routine.  It is best treated with a comprehensive approach that incorporates hormones and psychosocial strategies.

Probably not: The studies with testosterone in women in your age group, assuming you have your own functional ovaries, suggest no benefit to libido, and pages of side effects. Weight loss and exercise can increase endogenous Estradiol which will help, and reduce endogenous testosterone which will help.

If masturbation: hurts, then you should not.   Otherwise, you can masturbate as much as you want without doing damage.   Masturbation does not usually cause impotence, but if carried out to climax, will have an effect on libido (lowering it, presumably).   You seem to rely on this behavior to accomplish other things--lowering anxiety?   Dealing with OCD?  Do you have a sex addiction?   See a doc.

Not penis: And not related to libido, that comes from glands in your abdomen that make testosterone (to really simplify things).  If you feel something near your rectum it might be a hemorrhoid but you should probably get it checked out.
