Here are some ...: Increasingly, a host of evidences and studies confirmed more the young have been suffering from hypogonadism resulting from the combo of metabolic syndrome - obesity, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol.., chronic drug use/abuse - SSRIs, opiate-related, pain killers, ... affecting central nerve system leading to hypothalamic dysfunction in time ...eventfully to low-T with its related symptoms

Make sure to get a complete related hormones tested, including FSH, LH, Testosterone, even prolactin during morning hours of 7-10 AM before starting its use under a timely professional monitoring... Other option will be Clomid with the same precaution and F/U. This is especially important for men who may concern male infertility...

YEs: Yes, the presented serum testosterone levels would be considered abnormally low for a 33 year old male. The question is what is the cause of their low level, is this a hypothalamic/pituitary issue or is this an issue with the testicles.

Repeat the test: Sometimes it takes up to a weeks for the urine test to turn +. If you feel pregnant and continue to have a negative urine test i suggest that you have the more definitive blood test.

Water retention: It could be other things, but probably some lingering hormonal changes like water retention. If you think pregnancy is possible, then do a test.

The flu?: The symptoms indicate your body is fighting off some nasty infection. Serious and treatable infections need to be excluded. If none found, most likely it is viral flu.

Sounds like virus: Sounds like a viral "enteritis" - basically a "stomach flu". Viral gastrointestinal infections can not only be tedious to get through, they can also be quite serious in a small child. With symptoms of that duration in a 2 y/o you may need to get reassurance from a pediatrician or urgent care doctor that he/she is staying hydrated enough (as 2 y/o's don't have much reserve). Hope this helps!
