Cyst: Could be a bartholin's gland cyst or infection - though the latter is really painful. Could also be an area that bled. You can try sitz bathes - sitting in a tub of warm water for 15+ minutes several times a day. If it's painful get seen. If it doesn't start getting smaller get seen.

Postcoital bleeding: cervical polyps, inflammation of the cervix caused by bacteria or HPV, ectropion (inside lining of the cervix spreads outside the cervix and it is more friable to touch), prolapsed fibroid, vaginal infections or are all possibilities. A simple pelvic exam can be the answer to your question.

Need to examine: Cervical erosion or a sore on the cervix may result in bleeding.  However bleeding from any site is not to be taken lightly and your wife should be examined by a doctor to rule out more serious illness, such as carcinoma of the cervix or other lesions.

Several things.: If you have bacterial vaginosis, you will be more prone.  Very vigorous sex can abrade the vaginal mucosa. And other issues with cervix-cervicitis, etc. See your doctor if this persists!

2nd opinion: You need to see another board certified OB GYN for a 2nd opinion to determine exactly what the mass is inside the uterus. Treating an unknown mass of any kind without knowing its' origin is medically problematic

Need Gyn evaluation: Painless "bleeding right after sexual intercourse" at age 24 is usually transient and often resolves spontaneously particularly if it is light and of short duration and are otherwise a healthy woman. If you are really concerned, bleed heavily, repeatedly only a simple Gyn evaluation, speculum exam, Pap test and screening for possible inflammation/infection of your cervix may provide you an answer.
