Perhaps: One component of interstitial cystitis is decreased bladder elasticity and decreased bladder capacity in the setting of an irritated bladder.  This creates the urge to urinate more frequently and the inability of the bladder to relax to hold more urine.  See your urologist or a urogynecologist.

i was holding pee, then when i urinated very little came out and i still have the feeling that i want to urinate. have no other symptom. i drink very little water. this is not a constant thing. could this be uti? no other symptom?

: No it is not UTI. Holding urination is not a good thing. For good health drink water or some other fluids- at least 4-5 glasses and morte if you do physical exersion you like and empty your bladder when you get the urge and you will be OK

Vaginal "accordion": The vagina itself expands and contracts with sexual arousal and activity. The opening of the vagina does exactly the same as the inside, therefore appearing larger during sexual arousal. If a hymen is present (virgin or no prior  sexual intercourse) then the vaginal opening will not appear as prominent. This  expansion allows accommodation for "digital" entry and "beautiful music" with others.

woke up with urge to pee with sharp pain in my penis. never had this. is pain due to maybe holding pee too long? pain seems to gone away now.  (im taking zpack and tamiflu (oseltamivir) for flu symptoms at moment)

Urgency: Is possible that pain is due to the desire of the bladder to empty if it is really full.  If you have the flu you may be dehydrated and concentrated urine could also cause urge to urinate.

my period which has been heavier than usual was supposed to end yesterday but still bleeding g bright blood when i wipe and feel bloated with feeling like been holding pee in. im def not pregnant im scared. what is wrong?

: Any abnormal vaginal bleeding and any abdominal pain (including "feel bloated" or discomfort in the bladder area) should be professionally evaluated, and it seems you have both. There are too many possibilities to even guess the cause in your case. Most cases turn out not to be very serious, but better safe than sorry. Contact your doctor's office. Good luck.

See below: Possibly a syndrome called honeymoon cystitis, due to irritation of the urethra , urine passage after sex.Should resolve soon, or take short course of antibiotic.

i use diapers for my waste needs but don't need to for years, never holding in pee. i now find i can't hold in at all. have i made myself unpottytrained?

No: Have u recently had child birth? Very common in females after delivery of baby via vaginal route. Bladder instability could be due to over active bladder, bladder sphincter dyssynergy, spinal cord injury etc. See a urologist.

See professionals...: Concerning uti, urinalysis is needed to confirm it besides getting a history and performing adequate physical exam. Holding urine for a while is okay to meet personal convenience of daily living as long as being able to urinate with good steady stream and empty bladder well. If not, it can be a concern. In doubt? Go to see and talk with expert.

Bladder pressure: Could be a urinary tract infection..Push fluids and get to your doctor if it persists.  Also, sometimes this will happen if ou are taking cold medications such as decongestants as they sometimes affect your ability to empty your bladder and it will really be overfiull.

Get checked by MD: You need to get examined by an MD to find out why the bloating is present. There are several medical conditions that can cause the same.
