Seek attention.
Rupture and bleeding are the dangers.

dull/deep cp week after egd; exacerbated by lying/deep breath. no pain eating. ge not worried about post egd damage. normal blood/cxr/spo2/ekg @ er today. is this aortic aneurysm? something else?

It's OK: If you had some biopsies done, this is fine; if you truly had some serious complication from the egd, the pain would not be dull; it would be severe and debilitating; just ride it out;.

4 nights of extreme anxiety and insomnia. head pain chest pain and shortness of breath. feel like i'm going to die. could it be impending anuerysm ?

A more likely: cause is panic attacks.  Please see your doc to rule out medical conditions and then a clinical psychologist for anxiety management treatment.  Peace and good health.

ive been diagnosed with a 4.6cm aortic anuerysm. i have a 9 mth old i carry up and down stairs, and in a car seat. i get out of breath and very tired.

Cardiologist: What else was found? Need evaluation by cardiologist for cardiac and valve function and if those are normal may need a pulmonary evaluation. Do you have hypertension or a family history of aneurysms?

Rectus abdominis: Depending on body type petite individual have lesser external fat and internal mesenteric fat. So the abdomen tends to go inward. Sometimes this is referred to a scaphoid abdomen.

when i'm lying down wide awake i get several large jerks and jolts which it feels like i'm holding my breath when i have the jolt and my heart stops.

If you think your: ...heart stops with an episode like this, you need to seek immediate medical care.  It may be just a "skipped" beat, but this isn't the sort of thing to leave to chance.  Most people experience these jerking sensation from time to time when they first fall asleep, but, if you get several times in a row regularly with lying down, that can indicate a more serious problem.  Please get help!!!!

dr. suspects dysautonomia. could this help explain why i can't stop holding my breath? i usually don't even realize i'm doing it until vision fades...

Dysautonomia: It's OK for your doctor to suspect dysautonomia but not OK  to do nothing about it!.

If you have a breathing problem it would be appropriate to be referred to a Pulmonologist (lung doctor).
