: Holding pee during playing is common in kids but waking up at night for voiding two times seems uncommon unless he drinks a lot of fluid before bedtime.
You can advise him not drinking too much water after the dinner then observe; if he still gets up for voiding a couple times you should request his doctor to have blood test done for checking kidney function just to be sure.

: Your too young for an overactive bladder. Possible causes are a UTI  infection, nerve damage, medications, alcohol and caffeine causing bladder to overfill. Diabetes and prostate problems, as well as anxiety and stress, could all be causes .Have a complete workup from your PCP.

Must get checked!: By age 2 years, the child has ability to hold back on passing stool.  Regardless of whether this is conscious 'holding on' or a physical problem, this child must be seen by the family doctor or pediatrician, especially if her normal routine for moving bowels is 1 or 2 days.

: I think you had too many tests for a simple symptom. Frequency should be treated conservatively if there is no infection or diabetes. Try reducing, tea, coffee, soft drinks and alcohol and avoid constipation. Also try holding urine for a few minutes more when you get the urge. Divert your attention with something like music,TV/movie, a book or some other thing. If not better there are meds for it.
