HOCD is an: unofficial term for OCD that focuses on fear of being homosexual.  A therapist who specializes in OCD would be a good person to see.  OCD symptoms can manifest in many fears and topics.  OCD is at the root.  You can discuss your sexuality w/the therapist as well but it is the symptom, not the cause.  Peace and good health.

You're YOU! Be glad!: There's little to be said for self-diagnosis, especially in "psych". "HOCD" is a pop diagnosis for guys obsessing over maybe being bi/gay. The key for you is education. Male sexuality is a continuum, almost all guys check each other out, we go to the movies to see guys flex, and lots (most?) of us have explored. Talk with your doctor, your pastor, and maybe even your ten best male buddies.

HOCD: I suspect you mean homosexual obsessive compulsive disorder. 13 year olds can have obsessive compulsive disorder. If you think your 13 year old is having intrusive thoughts about anything that is interrupting his/her daily function you should seek help from a professional for him/her.

Anxiety: I would recommend seeking out a therapist who specializes in sexual feelings and can help you sort out your anxiety and also help you figure out what your true sexual feelings are like so you can go on and live your life  to the fullest

I don't understand: I don't really understand your question. If you are asking whether you can react physically with an erection when you see an attractive male- yes. That doesn't mean that you want to have a relationship with them, any more than having an erection in response to an attractive female. You choose whether or not you wish to get to know the person.
