Women would be wise to asking males to have a condom!

: There have been few if any scientifically documented cases of HIV transmission oral to penis or by cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact), so you were not at risk. Your HIV blood test is conclusively negative, and your other tests are conclusive as well. You had a safe exposure and were not infected with any of the infections for which you were tested.

Low probability.: Risk of getting HIV from oral sex is very low, probably close to zero. Incidentally, herpes takes longer than half a day to incubate, so your herpes lesion was not caused by that exposure - or else it was caused by something other than herpes.

Sure, but no...: Many things are possible in life, which means the question "Can this happen?" is not useful because the answer is almost always yes, even if the chances of it happening are 1 in a million or 1 in a billion. The real question is "How likely is this to happen?"  HIV infections have been too many on Earth since the 1980's... and they are easily preventable. People don't get them by typical oral sex.
