HIV: As a general rule, HIV itself does not produce central nervous system symptoms or peripheral neuritis or myositis, but if you have profound immune suppression the myriad of infections and tumors which occur can produce nearly anything.  Doubt this is hiv, but if you are worried about being infected, please go get tested.  Early diagnosis and treatment are best.

Unlikely HIV: These aren't common ways for ARS. The could be uncommon causes of end-stage HIV but even then it's not common to see just these symptoms. 
Muscle twitches and atrophy and according weakness of the affected side could be due to early age polio, impinged nerve in the spine or other nerve disease. It wouldn't normally occur bilaterally so I am guessing you mean just one side.

Get more info: Yes, more than one std can be passed at the same time. But you may only have the one, which is very treatable. Many screening clinics will test for the common std's & HIV at the same time & this may have already been done.Find out or go for additional testing. The stress you are putting yourself through is likely the cause of your weird symptoms.

: HIV is not a likely cause of such symptoms. No need to retest.

: Not really. But you should see an MD and if worried have an HIV test. Pl remember that unprotected sex is risky.

Depends on the type: If your leg or arm jumps you could have restless leg syndrome which is treatable.Other remedies may include more rest or evaluation of your body chemicals such as potassium.

The most common: Cause is dehydration mineral/vitamin deficiency. That being said, there are other issues, that can present this way early, such as ms, but without any other symptoms, its not likely. Try hydrating well and taking a multivitamin and see if that helps. If not, see your primary doc for full workup.
