Takes time: Test is very accurate , if some one get infected 90%  time will show in 30 days, most of the time in 60 days. Hope you learned your lesson , will not repeat again with out protection.

Probably no worries: First, confirm the diagnosis. Most oral white spots or coated tongue are not yeast infection (thrush). Even if that&#x27;s what you have, most cases are in entirely healthy people without HIV or other health problems. Discuss with your doctor. HIV test is conclusive at 4 weeks if it&#x27;s a 4th generation (antigen-antibody) test. Gon/chlamydia conclusive after 3-4 days. 6 weeks for syphilis test

HIV exposure: If the first HIV test was negative at 3 weeks, a 2nd test should be done 6 months after the last at risk exposure to be truly negative. Recurrent yeast infections indicate a repetitive change in the vaginal pH levels which can be due to harsh soaps, douches, frequent intercourse, etc. Have a MD reexamine the area and consider a longer term Rx if present. ( 1 to 2 weeks).

Virus: It sounds like a bad cold or the flu. Start with hydration, rest and OTC rx. If it persists then see your doctor for a good checkup especially if the cough persists. ( may be bronchitis or less likely pneumonia)
