Try pain relief : Anyone hit w baseball will hurt. Try cold compresses, rest and Motrin for the next 24 hrs. If not better then get it checked. Of course it also depends if it was a thrown vs batted ball. The batted ball has much more chance of causing injury. If swelling present or pain severe, go to er today just to be in safe side.

Not necessarily: We generally don't stitch inside the mouth if we can avoid it. The little upper frenum-piece that joins the upper lip to the base of the teeth, is commonly torn in childhood and does not need to be stitched. A big cut with bleeding that wouldn't stop might need stitches, but these tend to get infected if we do & don't if we leave them alone.

Any other symptoms?: If vision is good and nothing else seen, simply ice packs (be careful not to get frost bitten) for 5 minute sessions 3-4 times a day for a day or two is a good start.  If vision is blurry, best to see an ophthalmologist to make sure there is nothing serious going on like a hemorrage. Same if there is pain.

Abdominal pain: For severe abdominal pain like you describe, it is best to have an evaluation by a physician.  There are many potential causes of pain, so you should have an exam, blood tests, and possibly an imaging test like an ultrasound or ct scan.  Sometimes an ulcer can cause this kind of pain and won't be seen on a ct.  Gallbladder problems and pancreatic problems can also cause mid-abdominal pain.

Go to the ER: You should go to your er and be evaluated.  You may have a rib fracture that has damaged your lung.

Were you wearing a cap or helmet"  Was the hit on the forehead, the crown, back back or closer to the neck?The answer to these will shed light on whether you get a bump, a bruise, get knocked out, or suffer severe and sometimes lethal internal brain damage.
