 quite common  but it does not usually cause distorted vision. Your dentist or an oral surgeon can evaluate and advise you about your jaw symptoms. You may be referred to an ophthalmologist if deemed advisable.

Subjective complaint: The symptoms listed are subjective, meaning there are no associated physical signs (at least via internet). A dr obtained medical history & physical exam may help find objective findings related to your condition which may in turn lead to a diagnosis. A brain MRI is mandatory in a 32 y/o female w/ symptoms, especially if not new+neuro consult+emg/ncv.  Labs should be done, but often unyielding.

: If those symptoms have just occurred less than 24 hours, you should watch for the skin eruption in those areas if you did not have chicken pox vaccines in your childhood because those symptoms could be the prodrome for shingles (herpes zoster outbreak). As soon as rashes appear, you have to see a doctor right away for treatment.

Neurologist: These symptoms appear more neurological rather than cardiac. Numbness of left arm and leg can be caused by pathology in the right cerebral cortex which occurs from blockage in the right carotid artery or an intracerebral artery in the right side of the brain circulation. I recommend a prompt evaluation in the hospital emergency room where a brain cat scan and carotid artery ultrasounds can be done

All at same time?: The only thing that comes to mind is severe hyperventilation which would begin with numbness in lips and mouth and could spread.  If this is happening you should see checklist for hyperventilation.  Good luck!

Not typically : The nerves that supply the face and skull are cranial nerves.  They exit directly out of the skull above the neck.  For that reason, neck problems do not typically cause skull or facial symptoms.

Chiari Malformation: Most benign syringes (plural for syrinx) are caused by a chiari i malformation.  First a tumor must be ruled out with a contrast enhanced MRI of the spine.  If the cavity is getting worse and there is no tumor, i would look into a chiari decompression procedure.
