WMA, 1948: In a 1989 survey of 126 us medical schools, only three reported usage of the original oath, while thirty-three used the declaration of geneva, sixty-seven used a modified hippocratic oath, four used the prayer of maimonides, one used a covenant, eight used another oath, one used an unknown oath, and two did not use any kind of oath. Seven medical schools did not reply to the survey.

Help define first: A better way to look at it is what are the best ways to stretch.  You can find thousands of posters to refer to but you have to define what kind of stretching you want to do first.  Do you want static stretches or dynamic stretches.

Messed up shoulder.: It means you have multiple injuries to your shoulder joint. The labrum is a cup like structure into which the humeral head fits. If that labrum is torn, then the shoulder may not work right or may cause pain with different motions. It also means that you may require surgery to resolve your issue

See Nephrologist: Nipple infections and gynecomastia are sometimes associated with chronic renal disease.  Much less rarely it has been reported with hepatitis c.  See your treating nephrologist.

Too soon: The symptoms of a new HIV infection (acute retroviral syndrome, or ARS) don't start before about 10 days. Maybe sometimes as soon as 7 days, but 3 days isn't possible. Also, as you apparently know, ARS usually includes sore throat, so that's also against HIV as the cause. It's something else. These symptoms are indeed consistent with malaria or typhoid, but also many other infections. See doctor.

regards to a posterial cervical fusion this is my 3rd cervical surgery 1st 2 were anterior i am concerned what are the risks w/this surgery?

Multiple : In an otherwise healthy person, a posterior cervical surgery is relatively safe; but potential complications can include infection, blood loss requiring transfusion,  nerve injury, excessive scarring, and worsening in your pain to name a few.  I would definitely discuss in detail with your surgeon.

partial tear in right posterial tibial tendon in january. had been immobilized, crutches, fine for months. pain back with less mobility. surgery?

Tibial tendon pain: i would check with an orthopedic surgeon to evaluate all the treatment possibilities.
