i've had hip pain for about 3 months. it wakes me from sleep. i recently got what looked like a butterfly rash across my face that lasted about a week.

Hip pain: These 2 symptoms could be unrelated but both should be evaluated by your physician. Joint pain and a butterfly rash can be associated with a condition called lupus erythematosus, which is an autoinmune disease, for that reason, see a physician.

Need to be evaluated: A low titer (concentration) ANA test is not particularly helpful to make a diagnosis. Even with a particular pattern (speckled) and anti-centromere antibodies and anti-histone antibodies.  Your rash and hip pain are more important as well as inflammatory markers like an ESR and a CBC if they are normal or not.  See your doctor and ask for a referral to a rheumatologist if you are concerned.

Anti-inflammatory: Rest one day. Taking an anti-inflammatory three times a day with food and water, as long as your kidneys are fine, not allergic and don't have high blood pressure, is a simple way to calm your joints down.

See doctor: Now this rash could be an issue. You need to give more history. Do you go camping or are you outside a lot. See a doctor for exam and testing

why do i have so much pain from this hytrecomy its a couple of years i had a mesh implant put in me to help support my bladder rashes i hurt in my left hip all the time i have rashes my hip hurt it has tore up and pain all the time in sex discharge

There : There are a few different issues going on here. You should see your doctor for your hip pan. You will likely need an x-ray and pain medication while a diagnosis is sought. As far as your abdominal pain, this also needs to be investigated. You could have a build up of scar tissue or an issue with the mess. Lastly the vaginal discharge could be infectious (bacteria, yeast, etc) please see your doctor in order to address all your issues.

Exercise: Most of hip pains are due to osteoarthritis.  Over-weightiness and inactivity make hip-pain worse.  Back-strengthening exercises and losing weight are helpful.  Taking pain-killer should be the last resort.  However, when the pain is severe and/or interferes with the lifestyle, it is wise to consider hip replacement surgery.  If pain persists please consult a physician.
