High TSH: Medications like oleanz as well as stress can affect the TSH and also increase body fat. Exercise alone isn't an effective way to lose weight. A dietician can be of great help in that regard. In addition, if a full thyroid panel documents an underactive thyroid, this must be treated as well. Your psychiatrist, an endocrinologist, pharmacist and dietician should collaborate in giving you best care.
