Yes: Not as much as your waist but you can gain/lose fat in your wrist.

YES: Weight gain would definitely increase your wrist size as weight loss would reduce it. It depends on how much fatty tissue or muscle is around your wrist. If you are only noticing increase in size in one wrist then this may mean something else such as inflammation, lymph duct blockage, carpal tunnel syndrome. Please see your GP if you are concerned

Wrist size: People are sometimes frustrated w/the fact that their wrists get slimmer before the rest of them does when on a weight loss plan. Keep at it. Peace and good health.
