YES: Weight gain would definitely increase your wrist size as weight loss would reduce it. It depends on how much fatty tissue or muscle is around your wrist. If you are only noticing increase in size in one wrist then this may mean something else such as inflammation, lymph duct blockage, carpal tunnel syndrome. Please see your GP if you are concerned
