Specific gravity:  Urine specific gravity is high when one is not drinking enough water or liquids, and even if not clinically dehydrated, a urinary infection may develop to cause flank/pelvic pain.  Pelvic infections can also cause concentration of urine and pain, so see your gyn provider for an exam and testing.

Meds & supplements?: If you are not taking any medications or supplements / herbals / protein, then you should be evaluated by a nephrologist. If any of the above, they may be contributing to elevated sg (via elimination in urine).

Hemoglobin in urine: Small amount not of concern especially as cystoscopy was negative. Kidney ultrasound would rule out kidney tumor. Urine is concentrated because U likely are not drinking enough water. Absence of protein in urine also rules out significant kidney disease. Please relax.

: pH has nothing to do with specific gravity (s. gravity). S. gravity is indeed the urine concentration. Normally, it varies between 1.010 to 1.025 which depends on your body volume PROVIDED your kidney function is normal. When you drink a lot of water, s. gravity will drop below 1.005 and it may mask some abnormalities in your urine because of dilution. S. gravity is above 1.030 with dehydration.
