Food not enough but: These are very high levels. You need to find out why your liver enzymes are so high- most likely you have hepatitis- if type a it is self-limited. It could be due to toxins (including alcohol) as well. A healthy diet may help but is probably not enough to get these normal. Eat lots of organic fruits and vegetables, avoid all alcohol, fried foods & gmo foods. Herbs & IV vit c drips may help too.

Depends on the cause: Avoid high calorie- high fat foods. I would also rec - avoid Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Alcohol and/or any other medications you truly don't need. Again finding the cause would be beneficial.

Liver Damage: Normal SGPT is around 20 to 30. So your levels are nearly four times normal and thus very dangerous over the long term.

Liver strain can be caused by medications, alcohol and other drugs, infections and obesity.

There are many reasons for same--including viral infections, toxic exposures, drug overdoses, shock, metabolic problems, infiltrative processes, familial liver diseases, more. The single best thing you can do food-wise right now is stop all alcohol ingestion. The most important thing is to see your doctor now & get evaluated.

: fatty liver and cirrhosis are very unusual at your age. Milk has fat in it and that may be the reason why it was forbidden. I would suggest seeing a Gastroenterologist or hepetologist for proper diagnosis and management

Seek cause: It's not the SGPT that's going to hurt you, it's whatever is making the SGPT high. Your physicain will take you through the workup. If a few weeks off meds and alcohol doesn't normalize things, and you turn out not to have hepatitis b/c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, autoimmune disease or one of the others, perhaps all you need is to get back into serious physical fitness.
