Virus infection. : Most likely it's a virus infection.  If there are no symptoms of a recent infection, a repeat test is important to establish a proper trend. A physical examination is important to look for signs of various illnesses that could lead to these lab results.  Remember, labs are not as valuable as a good physical examination.

Many possibilities: I dont know of a way to put all of those things together into 1 disorder.  A high TSH implies that the thyroid level is low, but this needs to be checked as well as repeating the tsh.  The other blood count abnormalities could be due to many possibilities.  You would need to see a hematologist about it.

Infection?: High  WBC count with enlarged lymph nodes most often suggests a systemic or localized infection/inflammation but if not resolved within a few weeks or after   proper treatment, it may suggest a blood / bone marrow disorder like leukemia. Consult with a hematologist

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is nothing to be concerned about the information you provided.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Monocytes are : Elevated in inflammatory diseases, tb, mono, parasitic and viral infections.I would recommend you see a dermatologist and that your thyroid be more extensively evaluated. A trip to a neurologist for the headaches is also warranted. Best wishes.

Neutrophilic: Leukocytosis. Most commonly due to bacterial infection. Mcv is low not high.

: There are many things that can cause abnormal liver tests and feelings of malaise, primarily viral illnesses such as hepatitis. You certainly should have an evaluation by a liver specialist. Do not ignore this, even if your liver numbers improve. I would completely avoid alcohol in the meantime. Good luck.

Follow closely...: Abnormal CBC results need to be followed up closely.  Many times the abnormality is transient, a virus or infection affects it, which the body will bounce back and recover from.  However, if this becomes persistently low,  it will be important to find out what is causing it.  It may be as simple as a medication or supplement you are taking, or require more testing to discover the cause.

Needs to be rechecke: This is strange, yet it can be  a lab error. I would advise close follow up with a recheck x 1-2 till WBC count is at least 4, 000.
