It depends somewhat: On when the blood was drawn, which exact tests were done, and by what lab, but generally the numbers look totally normal. Your pituitary gland seems to think the levels are appropriate. If you have questions, check w/your doctor.

Low estrogen: Fsh stimulates estrogen production. If estrogen is low the stimulation increases, causing the fsh to be elevated.

Q: how to treat very low progesterone level and high estrogen levels?

Nothing: My guess is the hormones levels were just drawn at the early part of the cycle, which is exactly what you would expect to see at that time. If the hormones were drawn late in the cycle, the result would be the opposite. Probably does not need any treatment at all.

Not likely : Estrogen and Progesterone levels have nothing to do with skin tone.

Pcos: Women with pcos more frequently have higher estrogen levels. The problem however is compounded by an excess of androgen hormones e.g. Testosterone that causes many problems. Also women with pcos tend to develop hyperinsulinism that make matters much worse. Pcos requires careful medical attention to maintain health.

Q: why do i have a low temperature after ovulation? is this due to my progesterone or estrogen levels being high or low? i have spotting during my cycle.

Unreliable: Temperature monitoring is unreliable. If you are trying to determine ovulation use an ovulation kit instead. Works much better.

See endocrinologist: Dhea isn't a hormone we typically measure at random because it isn't as reliable as the longer 1/2 life of dheas. Likewise, we usually don't measure total estrogen as it isn't helpful. Dhea is most reliable when compared before and after IV acth during stim testing around other hormones. Adrenal insufficiency can't be identified with a random dhea.

Depends: If you are a woman on how old you are. Ask the doc who ordered the tests to interpret them for you.

PCOS: It sounds plausible you may have PCOS if you have had hormone testing, BUT in most PCOS the estrogen is high, not low as you describe. There are other causes of elevated androgens that should be tested. If another problem is found, or if PCOS is confirmed then treatment should be given. Seek a second opinion.
