for the past 5 yrs my wbc has been high with ab lymphs and ab neuts. recently my labs changed to ab immature grans. i have no clue what is happening.

May be nothing: Lab reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either side. If the white cells all look normal, and you feel well, this is not likely to be anything requiring treatment.

borderline low wbc (4.9)& platelets(187).borderline high inr(1.1). all still in range, but immature gran of .2%. doc say all ok, but lost 4lbs. worry?

Not likely HCV: It would be very unusual for active hcv infection to cause immature wbc.  Anemia definitely is seen in active hepatitis or with advanced liver disease.  If not a reaction to an acute infection or inflammation,  immature granulocytes usually point to a bone marrow issue.

Having said that, there is no cause for concern. You may take vitamin B12 and Folate to address the slightly large size of red cells. Basophil count is not of concern.    Wish you good health!

Nothing: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided does not mean anything in isolation.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Having said that, high counts of neutrophils are usually associated with bacterial infection. It would have been helpful to know the actual count and any symptoms you may have.

Not yet: If the absolute counts of both granulocytes and lymphocytes are fairly close to reference range, and all cells are well-formed, you are fine. Percentages fluctuate wildly over hours.

No: Relax. You're allowed a few percent of young neutrophils. They're your friends. Think of them as occasional youngsters eager to defend you against bacterial infection. If there's a lot of them, it's much more worrisome.
