Tachycardia: once the infection is fully gone and you get rehydrated it should subside,  perform a virtual consult or see your PCP if it doesn't

See ur doctor: You need to have bloodwork (BHCG, progesterone, estrogen), ultrasound. Bed rest, keep hydrated and legs up in addition to what your OB doc recommends.

i am taking cipro for an uti. but every time i take it i feel worse than i did before. fast heart rate, unable to sleep, nausea what should i do?

Alternate antibiotic: Contact your doctor about replacing ciprofloxacin with an altnerate antibiotic. There are several others that likely would be effective against your UTI.

Low pelvic pain: Resting heart rate 120 is not good. This could be anything serious , like ectopic pregnancy or ovarian torsion. Seek medical help asap . I would recommend er.

Probably: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) should not cause problems with your MS or blood pressure.  Usually you need to take it at least 5 days for bladder infections

Tachycardia: Many factors.  Normal - regular 60-100bpm.  Normally sinus node HR is 60-100; junctional 70-110; ventricular ~ 36 bpm. Any abn focus can lead to irregular rhythms such as A.fib/flutter, sinus tahcycardia, ventricualr tachycardia to name a few.  Abnormal cardiac focus - Afib; metabolic/endocrine - thyroid, infections; CA; substance abuse; anxiety; congenital abn  are some.

Heart rate: Normally heart rate responds to exercise or physiologic demand levels. Usually we don't see it go over 180-200 even with high levels of exercise. This level while tolerated by 'normals' may be dangerous in patients with heart disease or other forms of disease. In other words, one number doesn't fit all.

High heart rate: Need to know what is your heart rate? If it is more than normal range then need any ekg to see any arrhythmias. If it is sinus tachycardia, it could be from anxiety or pain or hyperthyroidism or hypovolemia or fever etc. Consult your physician.

Depends : Not sure what you mean by a failing gall bladder. If you’re having gall bladder attacks (abdominal pain after eating fatty foods), pain can definitely cause your blood pressure and heart rate to go up. But if you aren’t anxious or in pain, there could be something else going on. Regardless, you should get checked out to see if you have hypertension and if there is a rhythm abnormality going on.

Specifics:: Where is your headache? What is your heart rate? Do you vomit from your headaches.? Anything like this happen before. I suggest a comprehensive physical examination by your PCP.
