: ANA are common, sometimes 5 out of 100 individuals tested.  There are far fewer people who have autoimmune diseases.  That means there are many, many people who have a strong positive ANA who will never go on to have an autoimmune disease.   See a rheumatologist.  Your primary care doctor may also recommend a neurologist, depending on your specific symptoms.

i have stage 4 tnbc  before i was to start ac chemo my platelets were too low 85.  started taxol (paclitaxel) for a week now my liver enzymes are too high 590 ?

Further eval: If platelets were low before starting, il'd worry that you have spread to the bone marrow. In that case, you would get treatment anyway, no matter what the counts, in hopes of clearing the marrow. If your liver enzymes are high, there may be liver metastases.
I don't know your'e whole story, but i would strongly consider treating with something like Carboplatin and abraxane. Also check her2 again.

i have high blood pressure and am now sick with a cold. the doctor at the walk in clinic prescribed me to virtussin ac syrup. am i okay to take it?

Virtussin AC vs DAC: It's always a good idea to tell prescribing doc everything about your health &amp; all that you're taking so that s/he can prescribe (if necessary) safely for you. Both Virtussin AC &amp; Virtussin DAC contain codeine which is a weak narcotic to suppress cough. Both also contain guaifenesin which is an expectorant. Virtussin DAC also contains decongestant which can increase blood pressure but AC doesn't.

KIDNEY PROBLEM BUT: High creatinine level means there is a problem with kidneys, it can be dehydration which can be corrected by hydration.It can be due to acute kidney problems and may be reversible ot it can be irreversible due to chronic kiodney disease and ut has various stages, the end stage requiring dialysis or kidney transplant.
