Unlikely: If she's feeling better after a little ibuprofen and amoxicillin than it's most certain not meningitis.

: As soon as it is available and your symptoms of "fever and cough" disappear,  a booster shot is recommended after 5-6 weeks have elapsed after the second vaccine shot.  "Breakthrough" infections have been recorded even after a three shot regimen, but symptoms are usually mild.  If you or your mother sustains respiratory compromise, go to an ER for an exam.

Many things: The symptoms you describe could be a cold, flu, bronchitis or pneumonia. more detail in your post may allow a more focused response. At this point you just need to be seen to sort it out.

How long?: How long have symptoms been bothering you? How many of the zithromycin pills have you taken? It is a broad spectrum antibiotic, usually given 2 pills as a "loading" dose and 1 each day thereafter for 5 days. If not getting better at the end of medication, another consult with md is indicated. Pneumonia needs to ruled out, as it is a very serious problem for older patients.

Infection: High fever is usually a sign of infection, sometime vasculitis. The cause of the infection varies from people to people.

Needs to see Doctor: A 2 yr old with high fever for several days almost always has an infection. Some viral infections don't need treatment, but a bad cough suggests pneumonia +/- wheezing, because of the preceding fever. No otc medicines are made to treat such problems in a 2 yr old. A doctor's exam is needed to check for pneumonia, and antibiotics are needed if there is pneumonia. Other cough disorders are possible.

Not sure: Don't know how old your daughter is. It would be hard to determine if she has tonsillitis without visualizing tonsils. Take care.

Rest: Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for the fever. If the vomiting was due to coughing/gagging, then treat the cough with warm liquids one/or honey. If the vomiting is unrelated to the cough, then offer small sips of clear liquids, until the vomiting stops. Then offer bland foods. If the vomit is green, bright yellow, bloody, or associated with stomach pain then go see your doctor.

See below: The symptoms you describe are consistent with possible Covid 19 infection, as well as possible influenza virus. A person of your age is at higher risk of more serious outcome. Recommend consult your physician, test for Covid, self-quarantine until test result, supportive treatment with rest, increased fluid intake, acetaminophen for fever or headache. Best wishes!
