34m. high am cortisol (777 nmol/l), ufc (55mcg/day). low tt (~160 ng/dl) and low shbg (~10 nmol/l). i also have elevated liver enzymes (alt 74 and ggt 122) suggesting fatty liver (tg 2.55 mg/dl). could these all be related? likely causes?

: Sorry, I practice in the US so I could not understand the abbreviated terms, especially Canada labs also report them in international unit. What are UFC, TT and SHBG?

Possibly: Go to your physician, get a complete liver test panel and an examination of the size of the liver. You may also need an echo of the liver and possibly specialized MRI examinations.

Rx cause: Treat the person, not the numbers. I trust that this is not hepatitis c or alcohol abuse or wilson's or anything else that has a simple treatment. We'd all like to see your numbers down, but from now on an alt below forty may be like a lean weight is for many people -- something you work for and might achieve. Diet & exercise are the mainstay -- are you in a fitness club? Best wishes.

Liver injury from an: Anything that damages the liver can cause abnormal liver functions.Besides  viral hepatitis, excessive alcohol use can cause hepatitis...So can many different drugs like the statins used to lower cholestetrol.Then there are rare diseases like excessof iron storage from hemochromatosis and some enzyme deficiencies

One of the causes: There ate numerous causes of high sgpt: a biochemical marker if liver inflammation. Gpt is only one of these. Others need to be checked, e.g. Sgot, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, others. These, in context of history, physical exam, and maybe other tests, sonogram of other imaging, or liver biopsy can confirm diagnosis. Meds, drugs, infections, tumors, other, can raise got.

Liver injury?: Elevated liver enzymes indicate liver cell injury (enzymes leak outside the injured cells). Fatty liver disease (steatosis) can become more active when some of the liver cells can no hold no more fat so they rupture and thus add an inflammatory component to the process (it becomes steato-hepatitis)

Damage to liver: Microvesicular fatty infiltration of hepatocytes (liver cells) is directly toxic to the liver. When liver cells are damaged or destroyed, they release their enzymes (ast, alt) into the bloodstream.

Further exam : Have u been referred to a GI specialist for further exam? This maybe helpful.  Other things to consider, hepatitis, meds, alcohol abuse, autoimmune diseases.

Bad Fats?: Our liver is a big filter and when it gets overwhelmed by bad fat (from too much junk food, transfats, carbs, etc) it gets backed up something like a drain.  You might consider asking your doc or a nutritionist for some guidance about healthy food choices and see how things go.  The very best to you.
