Illness traveling: The unfortunate experience of becoming ill while traveling is a difficult situation. Avoid self treatment and medications based on "your" diagnosis, which is often incorrect. Simple problems like upper respiratory or GI illness can become more serious, and actually result in hospitalization, a costly proposition overseas. See a physician and consider travelers insurance in future.

Fluids/tylenol: non-sedating antihistamine: avoid all decongestant and decongestant cough medications since they can raise your BP. I suggest zinc losenges ( Cold-Eze) and dark brown honey, hot steam showers and force the fluids.

Yes: Cold shower will not hurt your health. Make sure to take your blood pressure medication regularly.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

High blood pressure: Why do you have high blood pressure? You should have an extensive workup to include your kidney function and cardiac function. You could have passed out from your high blood pressure. See your doctor asap.

Nasal obstruction: You can't have a "permanent cold"! Why have you not seen a doctor for this? How would Efferflu help unblock your nose? You clearly have something else going on causing your nasal obstruction which may be allergy or an anatomic obstruction which may require surgical correction. I strongly recommend you consult an ENT as soon as possible.

Concerned : The severe headache with that high blood pressure is very concerning and you should seek treatment right away, today. The blood could be due to infection or irritation of the mucosa. Get seen by a doctor today to get all of these symptoms addressed.

Ans: Still many possibilities. Did you have blood cultures drawn. The seizures are most concerning you also need a scan. Keep on it and see your doctor until he has a diagnosis for you. Also have you travelled? Camping?  So much has to be checked

Sinus tachycardia: typically sinus tachycardia is a physiologic response, in otherwise healthy individuals without orthostasis it is a reflection of cardiovascular deconditioning.  True pathologic in appropriate sinus tachycardia in my opinion is very rare and requires careful and diligent diagnosis
