No: According to NJC it is not optimal to your health to diminish not much about 10 mmHg from. Your constant blood pressures, also if they are accompanied with symptoms make a consult with your treating physician to adjust dosage.

Aspirin: The latest data support that there is no indication and can cause more harm, if aspirin is taken for what we call "primary prevention". Primary prevention is if one is taking aspirin to prevent a cardiovascular event and does not have a previous cardiovascular event.

Heart attack: I have not seen many patients on testosterone for so long. Did you have testosterone injections before androgel?
Regarding concern regarding heart attack, i doubt it is linked to testosterone.

Hypertension : Hypertension is controlled with salt limitation, exercise, less stimulants (particularly alcohol, caffiene, smoking), stress reduction, weight reduction and antihypertensive medication.  Our goal is to get your bp<135/85,  without causing side effects.  One of our biggest concerns  is to lower your BP too low.  If BP is less than 100/ 50 there is a real risk of lightheadedness, shortness of breath, irregular heartrate, fainting, fatigue, and falling.  It would be reasonable for you to see your physician next week to see if your medication needs to be adjusted.
