LDH, leukopenia: It means you need to see a Doctor and be evaluated. There are numerous possibilities as neither is specific. Notwithstanding its a good idea to have a work up as some of the possibilities are serious.

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it may be your normal and there may not nothing out of order. You should discuss it with your doctor who knows more about your health.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Calculate absolute #: It is not the percentages of blood cells that determine if they are high or low, but, rather the absolute count. For example, if your total white blood cell count is 3000 and the lymphocytes are 60%, the total lymphocytes are 1800, which s normal.

Not likely: Monocytosis is consistent with a viral process. The finding will require further followup. If monocytosis persists the patient may need to see a hematologist and a bone marrow evaluation done. Sepsis is a bacterial infection in the blood stream and other organs. The white cells are of a different population than monocytes in sepsis.

i have a high ana of 1280 and no other positive blood test for lupus. i do have a slightly low white blood count that i have had for as long as i can remember. i also have body aching and fatigue. what can i do to not get lupus? do you think you!?

: In this setting I think it's very important to be evaluated, followed and advised by a rheumatologist. The low wbc is suspicious. There is other specialized testing to pinpoint the cause of your elevated ANA and to make an accurate diagnosis as well to begin early treatment if deemed advisable.
