Hypokalemia: Call your doctor at once--you have dangerously low potassium and are susceptible to potentially fatal heart problems.  If you can, have a banana or two or some fruitjuice immediately.  Later, the cause of your condition must be determined: hormones, medications, diet or something else!

2 separate issues: Low ion gap at your age warrant exclusion of increase in immunoglobulins by a serum protein electrophoresis. Depending on how low the potassium is , it may or may not be related to your symptoms. It would be useful to talk to the doctor who ordered these tests as s/he knows more about your health.

: Excellent but really need normal values for your lab to properly interpret. They can vary between labs.  And always compare to previous ones. The best to interpret is the Dr who ordered them as know you better than we do here.  Sodium come from salt, potassium from diet Chloride from salt (NACl) Carbon dioxide from lungs, glucose is sugar, BUN and Creatinine estimate kidney function.

Electrolytes: Your electrolyte balance is not perfectly normal. The chloride is high, as you note, and the anion gap is low. Bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) level is the other component of the anion gap - what is that value. Your potassium is low. Is this spontaneous or is it related to diet, diarrhea, vomiting, or a medication you did not report?  Normal WBC and RBC is reassuring.

No: and your anion gap is only 20, according to the numbers given, (usually potassium isn't included in the equation). Anion gap calculation isn't used to screen for cancer, rather metabolic problems, commonly acidosis, and several disease contribute, as kidney, gastrointestinal (diarrhea), drugs, diabetes, etc. Lab errors need to be excluded, and most important is  clinical correlation, u r fine

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of the results you provided is a cause for concern.

16+: Each lab has its own range of normals.  Ag was a concept designed to help doctors figure out the source of acidosis, just a tool not a measure of how sick you are..  If you are significantly acidotic the ag is useful.  If you are not acidotic it is just a number spit out by the lab.  A low ag may be seen with multiple myeloma.

Nothing: Labs mean nothing in isolation. High MPV usually means nothing in any case unless the person is otherwise clearly sick. I raise my anion gap every time I exercise. Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside on either end. If your phyiscian isn't worried, stop worrying yourself. Best wishes.
