Chest click : When checking blood pressure a person should be sitting, resting, with their feet on the floor, in a quiet room for five minutes, and not eating or smoking at least 30 minutes.  Blood pressure changes easily from eating, emotional stress, drugs, herbs, coffee, green tea, smoking, moving, pain, illness. I think we should start with some questions on how, when, and why does your chest pop and click?

Treatment must be individualized to the person after an exam &amp; review of past treatments. Find a dermatologist and develop a daily skin care plan. Any medications must be selected through this process.

Colonoscopy: Ask your colonoscopist whether he/she wants you to omit aspirin,nsaids like naproxen, actual anticoagulants,if you're taking any of these, as biopsies or excisions are taken if pathology is found and post colonoscopy bleeding may occur. Spirinolactone should not be a problem but they may want it withheld until after the procedure unless it's very necessary to prevent elevated blood pressure.

: Your medication needs to be managed by a Psychiatrist. If you are not confident in your Dr. please see another for a 2nd opinion. Medication alone may not be enough. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help. A complete physical exam would show if your symptoms are due to a physical illness. You may need a sleep study prescribed by a Dr.

BP: Verahexal is Verapamil. It is not commonly used blood pressure medication in the US. It has some special uses when someone has an enlarged portion of the heart causing obstruction, or Atrial fibrillation or , it does treat blood pressure/ More information is needed.  The medication has a short-acting and long-acting form. The short-acting form can stop working after several hours raising BP.

Interesting: I had to look it up cause we don't tend to use that name in the USA.  It is betamethasone, it is injected into various areas for various reasons.  How do you plan to use it and is it being done by a physician?
