These supplemental Amino Acids when taken in moderation would not give any effects on your sexual function or induce recurrences of wilms tumor. But i don't believe there are reasons you need to take these supplements. They will not increase your"macho" power.

Not for adults: If you are thinking of GH for yourself, don't bother.  Except for rare adults with pituitary problems it is of no benefit - effects on muscle strength are small to nil.  That said, all GH products have the same potency so no one is "better" than another

You won't grow taller once your growth plates are closed.
