my cbc test came with all normal numbers. 3 were off the range: mch-31.2 ( lab high -31.0) mchc-31.7(lab low -32.0) mpv-12.2 ( lab high-12.0) just for info: hgb-14.9; hct-47; plt-241; should i be concern? thanks!?

: No need for concern- all lab results have a range of normal but there are by definition always people whose values fall slightly above or below normal. Your results look very good. If you have any symptoms that concern you please discuss them with your Dr.  We treat the patient not the numbers

i have a hgb of 7.9, a hct of 26.5 and a isat of 3...should i be concerned? i am a 38 year old diabetic female.  my dr. is not concerned about my labs.  just wondering...

Each : Each laboratory may have slightly different norms.  Usually a normal hct (hematocrit) level for a women is between about 36 to 48%.  A normal HGB  (hemoglobin) level for a woman is around 12 to 16 g/dl. I do not know what an isat is. It sounds like you are anemic. Your doctor knows you best, so i will not try to provide any medical advice. I hope that this is helpful.

is 15.5 a high hemoglobin level? or is it normal for a 33 year old female? some labs that number is in normal range.  some labs it is out of range.

It is normal Hb: I would be concerned if it was over 16 Gms/dl

just got labs back and all is well except i am showing an rbc of 4.11, and hgb of 12.7 and an hct of 38.1 and mpv of 11.9.  should i be worried?

Not a: Big concern. The mild anemia may need to be sorted out.

Need evaluation: You should not be worried yet at this time. But, you should definitely talk to your doctor. There are many things that can cause low white blood cell count- from drugs, infection, autoimmune problems, congenital, vitamin deficiency,  malignancy etc. Your doctor should do further evaluation. If needed, your doc can refer you to a hematologist ( blood specialist).

my son is 12 months & just got labs showing 74 for lymphocytes, 8.4 for absolute lymphocytes, 44.1-hct & 14.3 hgb. what do you think would cause this?

viral Infection: Possible viral infection will give 74% lymphocyte count.Once infection resolves, might want to repeat to make sure count goes back to normal.Although if he had normal diff. In the past , no need to repeat.

How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it might have helped if you had provided the actual values, rather than your interpretation of high and low.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

should i keep training for a full marathon with the following lab results: hgb 13.6, hct 40.1, mcv  78, mch 26. feeling weak in the mornings.

Sure: Having done multiple marathons, i dont think
your CBC is the problem
you may have some issues with your training
or diet
you may be overttaining or not getting
enought sleep 
hard to say more without knowing your
trianing regimen or more medical info.
