When we see "indeterminate mass" in a radiology report, generally that means whatever the radiologist saw was too small or it looks blurred against the surrounding tissue. Normal breast tissue can also mimic the appearance of a mass in women your age and repeat studies are often needed to get a better image for the radiologist to review. Hope this helps

Need all info: Give us some more details. Have you had a physical examination by your doctor? He/she can guide you further based on whether there is a palpable lump in the breast or not? If there is lump which can be localized easily a Needle biopsy should be a serious consideration. A comparison with previous Mammograms/Ultrasound examination will be most helpful to determine any recent change.?

Likely benign: Imaging of the breast is imperfect at best. Heterogeneity in the breast is a common finding typically leading to class ii or birads 2 result on the mammogram. This is almost always a benign finding and is typical of a one-year follow-up repeat mammogram. The procedure is generally very low risk with very low levels of radiation. Get a clinical breast exam from your doctor and repeat mammo.

Fibrocystic change?: Any breast lump or thickening mass of tissue on the breast could be breast-cancer.  You need to be seen in person for an exam and possibly imaging.   You should be seen right away.  One in eight women in the USA get breast-cancer so don't take any chances.  There are other things such as fibrocystic change.   Best wishes!

Possible: Yes, it is possible, if partner is rough. Can damage breast tissue. Ice the area carefully to alleviate swelling and pain. It should get better.

Probably stable: Probably stable fibrocystic or fibroglandular changes possible stable cyst. If never examined by a doctor this would be a good idea but very unlikely to be a cancer (though not impossible) at your age. Watch your caffeine intake as possible.

The specific: imaging features determine the probability of malignancy. However, a 50% diameter increase in 4 months would warrant a biopsy even if the imaging features look benign.  That doesn't mean it is malignant, it just means that it's time to find out what it is.  Presumably it looked benign/probably benign in Feb since no intervention was recommended.
