Smiles are good: Nothing wrong with sitting and smiling. Studies have shown that the act of smiling activates the part of the brain associated with feeling happy as well. Botox injections and loss or the ability to smile with your eyes has been shown to reduce activity in the section of the brain associated with feeling happy.

: Obviously, you do exist, are alive, and I doubt you're being philosophical here as in; is this all a dream? I suspect you need human feedback and interaction, i.e. you're lonely and feel unappreciated which can be depressing. The solution is to seek human contact not from those already around you but somewhere new.  Professional help maybe, but it doesn't have to be. Find someone to talk to.

Life: Life is precious and always has meaning, it may appear meaningless if one does not appreciate its value , at the young age of 17 there  are endless possibilities in life, just value life and amizing things can happen.

Depression?: You may have clinical depression. Best to see your primary doctor and have them evaluate you to rule out metabolic issues - low testosterone , under active thyroid,  vitamin B12 deficiency etc. Them get on treatment and possibly counseling as well. Take care!

Back Pain: Back pain is all too common and there are a variety of causes and treatments.  Please see your doctor and he/she may help you get tested. how can i gain weight? im having trouble with this condition im 5'11" and 60kg. i eat a lot but i don't gain weight? 22 yrs old here.

Weight gain: Your physical activity has a lot to do with this. Don't fret because if you are very active or have parents that are slender you are likely to be like that as well. It is not abnormal to be able to eat like a horse when you are young and not gain weight. Maybe get a blood test to be sure but you are not abnormal.

started out with sticky discharge now it's pinkish it comes and goes and is not heavy and i don't have any symptoms. what could it be?

Infection? STD?: Of course you DO have symptoms:  the discharge. (Presumably you mean that's your only symptom.) Colored discharge often means an infection. Depending on your age and sexual lifestyle, STDs may be a good possibility. In any case, for sure see a doctor soon to make sure it's nothing serious.

moved  az to fl. in az multiple dr thought i  had ms. now in fl start all over & dr here don't agree. what are some test to request for diagnosis?

What?: Doctors don't presume. They do tests and establish a diagnosis. If your diagnosis was established the tests and medical notes can be requested from your az doctors.

Hello, Brandon: I just answered your other question, and now that you tell us that it has been going on for a week, I think you should go in to see your doctor. Possibilities include lung problems (infection, asthma), possibly muscle strain or even acid reflux from the stomach. While heart problems probably wouldn't be at the top of the list at your age, that should be checked to. Make an appointment. Good wishes
