Second opinion: We aren't able to access the pictures but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist. The app is called VisualDX and is one of the best, if not the best out there. Many clinicians, including myself, use it. Just snap a photo and it gives you a list of possible diagnoses. Good luck!

i have clusters of bumps on the underside of my penis and sack and pubic area. i don't know if it is herpes or warts. i have pictures as well.

Probably not either: While the depicted condition is not clear enough to provide a good guess, clinically, it seems not suggesting either, but more for the presence of the common sebaceous cysts, which are usually asymptomatic but annoying by their appearance. For confirming what they're, go to see urologist so he may help you out and solve the doubt timely.  Best wish...

hello. i uploaded a picture in my file on this app. i zoomed in really close to a spot on my skin where i have these bumps that keep coming back months apart. upper right public area, none on my penis or anything. are you able to see? herpes?

i had a a rash on both my thighs. from pictures online it looked exactly like folliculitis. i went to a dermatologist and she said it is herpes. but i have it on both thighs and dosent look like a herpes rash. can it be herpes?

: Your own assessment sound right. This would be exceedingly atypical for herpes. If the dermatologist really suspected herpes, she should have tested you to confirm the diagnosis. Get a second opinion, either from another dermatologist or perhaps an STD expert. Good luck.

i recently had some weird red spots on my penis head like dry scabs and just there. i looked up herpes pictures and it looks nothing to what i have.

Penile lesions: Herpes usually presents with vesicular rash commonly referred as blisters. Those are usually painful and the skin they crop on is somewhat red. Dry lesions are not herpes but need to be looked at to establish the diagnosis.

i believe i have genital herpes from on,one searches but they don't look like the pictures, so i am thinking it maybe acne but i have herpes symptoms?

Get tested: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You should see your doctor and get tested. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Sebaceous cyst: What you described is more likely to be a sebaceous cyst. Do not try to pop it. If it persists and is an issue for you, you may see a doctor to have it removed.

Herpes: Herpes when it  appears looks like a cluster of blisters, usually with a red or golden center. They are very painful. What you describe above is not likely to be herpes.
