2 mos ago i had severe vulvar itching & had few tiny cuts, assumed frm scratching. i got 2 paps, std test and asked 4 herpes swab but wouldnt do it since i had 0 sores. does gen herpes always crust over? these healed without scab? 1 pin ndle cut left?

: This probably is not herpes. Your description is much more typical for a yeast infection, not herpes. Also not typical for any other STI. Discuss with your doctor, or get a second opinion from a gyn who specializes in infections. Good luck.

: It isn't possible to judge whether you might be having a herpes outbreak from this description. You could see a doctor for testing of the lesions for HSV. If the diagnosis remains uncertain, play it safe and avoid kissing or performing oral sex until they have healed.

It could be multiple: things, and typically herpes would create small blisters. Please see your doctor asap to make sure it isn't anything contagious or concerning

Herpes: It sure sounds like you are operating on old information about herpes. If one has herpes they are always contagious, whether they have a sore or not.  The rate of viral shedding, however, is unpredictable and untestable. If you have any viral shedding now your contagiousness will be about 50% reduced if you are on medications.

Herpes: It sounds to me by your description that you may have herpes simplex virus. This starts as  vesicles(small blisters) in clusters and they can be very painful. You can get treatment to speed up  resolution of symptoms.

do all 8 stages of herpes occur when it's inside the mouth? do you still get the crusting and scabbing that described online?

Oral herpes: "8 stages" of herpes outbreaks is only a rough guide. Initial oral HSV can cause sores inside the mouth, but recurrent herpes lesions are only outside, on the lips or elsewhere on the face. Crusting and scabbing never occur with herpes on moist surfaces. If you have recurrent oral herpes, talk to doctor about Rx for valayclovir to take in a single large dose (2 g) at earliest sign of outbreak.

i have a pimple like bump on my pubic area. i've had it for a few days. today i saw it crust over. it never caused pain. is it herpes if it has a scab?

Hard to say: It is probably not herpes although i cannot be sure. You may just have an inflammation of a hair follicle called folliculitis.Another possibility is molluscum contagiosum.I would see a dermatologist to find out what the actual diagnosis is.

protect sex two weeks ago. 2 linear marks between leg and scrotum for 10 days. no pus no crust and was painless. they are not visible today. herpes?

Still not herpes: This is virtually the same as another question a few days ago. Same answer: not herpes. Herpes would not cuase "linear marks", and herpes skin lesions cannot look pretty much the same for 10 days. By that time they would be mostly scabs and healing. Probably these marks have nothing to do with your recent sexual contact. See doctor if you remain concered about them.
