Go to a good store or get some guidance because the popular brands are typically very week and not helpful. The dose (read label and check that half or more of the ingredients are several 100 per cent above RDA.  Dose more important than a long list. Ask about a specific condition or supplement

None: There aren't any that predictably slow the heart except foxglove which is the active ingredient in digitalis. Digitalis has a very narrow therapeutic window with toxicity occurring easily. Taking foxglove to slow the heart would be like talking into metal cans strung together instead of using a phone.

: Treatment of hyperthyroidism is not a do it yourself issue. The herbs etc you are taking do not have proven value for this condition. It is imperative that you be under the care of a doctor, preferably an endocrinologist.
