Unlikely from vaccin: These symptoms are extremely unlikely to be due to your recent vaccine.  You likely have something else going on.  It is ok to try a bland diet, ginger ale, and an antiacid.  Reasons to be seen would include severe pain, urinary symtpoms, fever, persistent vomiting, blood in stools, weight loss, or symptoms going on for longer than 3-5 days.

Often = nuisances, but can be debilitating at times..
