It's all serious.: There is nothing funny about an unintended clot!  not sure exactly what the question is. There are many diseases both inherited and acquired of the clotting factors and related proteins.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results.

my doctor prescribe eliquis.i began to bruise for no reason soon after.the doctor checked all clotting factors/times, everything is in the normal range.he didnt adjust dose after the results. yet i still bruise for no reason.should i be worried?

Bruise : If the bruise is minimal I would not worry but if they become worse you need to see your doctor again

Get workup: Spontaneous upper extremity DVT is unusual, and some of the causes would be mechanical in nature such as thoracic outlet syndrome, exertional activities like weightlifting.  Thrombophilia refers to congenital changes in one's blood coagulation system, resulting in increased tendency to develop blood clots, which can lead to miscarriage, dvt.  Get a workup done.

Testing: If you are suspicious that there was blood in your stool or that your stool had an unusual appearance schedule a visit for your doctor to do an exam. There is an office test called a Heme occult where they can evaluate you for rectal bleeding.

More info needed: Issues about coagulation and anticoagulation in pregnancy cannot be answered with the amount of information supplied. I'm not sure if "igm" is referring to igm lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia) or something else. In general -- in many coagulation issues in pregnancy low molecular weight Heparin (lmwh) is used with close anti-xa monitoring.
