: Your question is confusing. Was your HIV blood test for antibody only, or both antigen and antibody (AgAb, i.e. 4th generation test)? Testing for antigen alone (Ag) is rarely done. The AgAb tests are conclusive at 6 weeks and no further testing is needed. If an antibody-ony test, test again at 8 weeks for conclusive result. The hepatitis B virus tests are conclusive at 6 weeks.

: Get a 4th Gen combo test for HIV. you seem to free from hiv and hep b, but there are other STDs, like, herpes, hpv. gonorrhea,  syphilis,  chlamydia etc. It would be prudent to see a doctor.

: HBV vaccination is not known to have any effect on HIV test results. Probably it's unrelated. Don't be too worried:  the large majority of indeterminate HIV test results turn out to be false, i.e. no HIV infection. Still, you should follow up with a doctor or clinic very experienced in HIV etc, such as an infectious diseases specialist. Good luck.
