Depends: Were you immunized against hbv? If you were, your antibody has waned but you are likely still immune. If not, you are susceptible to HBV unless...You are a chronic carrier of hbv...If that is it, your HBsAG and anti-hbc will both be +.

Unlikely...: Risk is relatively low , especially if not significantly blood contaminated. Negative test at 3 months, you can relax.

Little effect: Skin is a wonderful, protective barrier and will not allow Lidocaine to penetrate to block the discomfort from an injection of any sort.  You could ice the injection site prior to needle insertion which can help.  The discomfort is minimal however.

Infectious Disease: No testing would be done on a dried stain of blood.  I know of no lab or process that would test such.

And a dried stain of blood would not be contagious for HIV or hepatitis.

i was pricked by a sewing needle in a shop selling suits i recall it prick my skin but didnt notice bleedingam i at risk of hep b, hep c or hiv?

No: In order to transmit a virus the needle in question would have to contain blood from someone with that virus (Hep B/C,HIV). This is an extremely low likelihood considering your story.

Blades/  Hep B risk: if you had 2 doses there is  a good probability  you are already immune - but you can call you doctor or health department and ask for hep b immune globulin to give an extra boost . But i would also check in 2 months if you have  hep c antibodies  because if you do you have hep c and have to be treated, there is no vaccine for hep c yet.

Cannot predict: Unless you have been vaccinated against hepatitis b you should avoid any intimate contact with this individual.

Hep B: If you have chronic hep b, then your doctor will follow liver function tests, hep b viral dna load, hep b eag/ab. You may also need surveillance for liver cancer with regular liver sonogram and AFP (a tumor marker blood test).
