when feeling left testicle, the top of the epididymis (epididymis head) moves around as if it is not attached to the testicle. no pain unless im touching/moving it and the epididymis feels more prominent than the other one. paranoid or is it normal?

: The epididymis doesn't like to be messed with. However, if there's a difference in size,shape or tenderness from each other,I recommend having an examination by your physician or a urologist.

can hemorrhoids cause testicle pain?

No: However, if you have an accompanying varicocele, testis pain could occur.  If you have both, see your md to ensure you do not have a condition that could interfere with venous outflow from your pelvis.

have painful recurring hemorrhoids. am 27yr old male. pain also seems to go to testicles? no fever. on triamcinalone for hroids. should i be worried?

Watchful: hemorrhoids are painful.  External hemorrhoids have nerve endings that cause pain.  Over time it gets better.  Make sure you change your habits so that it does not recur.

is it possible to get a hemorrhoid in your testicle?

Varicoceles occur: Collection of tortuous veins in left scrotum, feel like a "bag of worms" when standing ; can not be felt when recumbent. No you do not get hemorrhoids in the scrotum or testicle.  
Varicoceles usually do not, but may cause any pain or discomfort. See a urologist if your condition causes any significant discomfort.

See your Physician : Hemorrhoids usually don't cause this type of pain so you will need to see your Physician and get it checked out

i noticed only my left testicles is moving when i take deep breaths. it moves up then back down while the right stays still. the right one is also lower. no other symptoms. what could be the reason for this?

: This is the cremaster reflex. The cremaster muscle elevates the testicle in the scrotum. The reflex often is more prominent on one side than the other. Nothing is wrong.

one of my testicles is always upside down (the epidermis head is at the bottom) is this normal? it never causes me any pain. does this put me at increased risk of testicular torsion?

: scrotum is capacious and the testicle can move around. It does not make you a candidate for torsion. Best is to wear a support underwear and change the position of your testicle in it to your comfort and you will be fine. Good luck

hi, ive noticed that my left testicle is always upside down, i can feel the head of the epidermis on the bottom. i feel no pain and whenever i try to twist or turn it back it just turn back upside down. & looking for a doc to ask other advanced qs?

: What you describe can happen normally in a relaxed scrotum. Your genito- urinary questions are best answered by a Urologist. Suggest you wear a support under wear

1month frequent urination, testicle tingling later 1.5weeks of tingling hands and feet(when walking). feeling pressure in back of head eyes and jaw every time i lie down.itchy feeling in neck when waking up.not overweight, no backpain, no neckpain?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

can external hemorrhoids cause scrotal pain? i had a right side simple orchiectomy due to suffering testicle pain, but now when i have a bowel movement or press on my hemorrhoids i get pain in the lower part of my scrotum?

: If the discomfort is not primarily in the anorectal area but in the perineum ( between the anus and scrotum) it may be from congestion/ mild inflammation of the prostate gland.  A thrombosed external hemorrhoid is quite painful.  If symptoms persist I recommend a rectal examination by your physician or urologist.
