Hemoral: seems to be a combination of diosmin and hesperidin. Diosmin is derived from plants and is a flavonoid; it seems to have an anti-inflammatory effect on blood vessels. Hesperidin is another plant chemical. The evidence supporting its use is anecdotal..and as with all supplements, its manufacture is not regulated. I would save my money. Good wishes:)

Surgery only if above fails.

No: While i suppose someone could identify a scenario in the most rarest of combinations of situations such as infection in acute leukemia or severe neglected anemia from bleeding, essentially no, hemorrhoids are not a fatal condition.
